Shipping & Delivery

Products will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service on Mondays and Thursdays. Unfortunately we are unable to offer rush or next day shipping options at this time.

We do offer free shipping on orders of two (2) pounds or more. Each package is 1/4 lb, so orders of eight (8) or more can be shipped for free.

Also, for anyone who lives in the local area, we also offer a “local pickup” option.


Privacy & Security

Our payment systems, Stripe and Intuit GoPayment, do not retain your credit card number. We will not give your information to anyone. We mean it. We may use your information, including your orders and contact information, to remind you to order or let you know where we’re going to be. Seriously, the fudge is good enough you’re going to want to order… so we’ll just give you that little nudge. To improve our service, we may also aggregate your data with other customers. Big Data analysis is big right now, and we just want the option of analyzing data – so we put this here in case we want to break out our college statistics text book.


Returns & Replacements

First, we don’t actually think there will be anyone so disappointed they will want to return the fudge. When we bring our fudge to parties, we never have left overs. So if anyone contacts us saying they’re disappointed we will look at them askance and ponder if they are actually serious. However, we believe so much in our fudge that we will first offer to replace the fudge with a different product… and if that doesn’t work, we will refund your money.


Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Our prices are subject to change as we see fit. We may also run specials from time to time or give out discounts to select customers. We don’t honor competitors prices because, well, our stuff is better anyway.
